Arthrex Houston proudly serves surgeons and healthcare facilities throughout the Heart of Houston, including Houston, Katy, Sugar Land, Galveston, Baytown, and the surrounding communities. With more than 70 dedicated employees, we combine the strength of a growing organization with the culture of a privately held, team-oriented company. What We Do
We partner with orthopedic surgeons across a wide range of specialties, including Sports Medicine, Spine, Cardiothoracic, Arthroplasty, Trauma, Foot & Ankle, Orthobiologics, and Imaging & Resection, delivering innovative solutions that improve patient outcomes.
More than a distributor, we are a trusted clinical partner. Our team provides in-depth product education, hands-on operating room support, and access to the latest minimally invasive surgical technologies. Through strong surgeon relationships, ongoing medical education, and community involvement, we help advance patient care while fulfilling our mission of Helping Surgeons Treat Patients Better®.

Mike Murchison
Agency Principal
A native Houstonian and graduate of Rice University, Mike Murchison brings more than two decades of executive leadership and sales expertise to his role as Agency Principal. Prior to leading Arthrex Houston, Mike spent 24 years with MedInc of Texas, where he served as Vice President of Sales before being promoted to Executive Vice President in 2019.
Mike is passionate about developing high-performing teams, driving strategic growth, and fostering lasting customer relationships. Under his leadership, Arthrex Houston currently supports surgeons and HCPs within the Greater Houston Area including Katy, Baytown, Richmond, and Galveston.
